AIRCRAFT: Small aircraft desiring park during the event or overnight may park in the transient parking area near the event (in front of the terminal). The landing fee is $5.00 for single engine aircraft and $10.00 for twins. Overnight parking is $10.00.

Exhibitors:
There is not a hangar available at this venue because of a strong demand and contractural arrangements. We have rented a tent for the food service. We can arrange to have exectricity available in the aircraft Static display area and booth areas but there is a $150 setup fee. We recommend that vendors consider renting a tent. We also recommend that aircraft exhibitors with large cabins rent an air conditioning unit and Ground Power Unit. Here are suggested vendors for the event. I recommend that you send me an email with your requirements in case I can put vendors together with similar needs.

They have 10x10 and 20x20 frame tents. These tents will require barrels that can be filled with water to ensure they do not blow into the aircraft. Water and a hose are available on site. Tents larger than 20x20 (400 square feet) require a tent permit which is no longer available (requires 14 day notice). A 20x20 frame tent is $395 for the day and $240 for the water barrels. I have some vendors that would like to share the cost of the tent with another exhibitor.
